With the launch of our new calendar integration, Enterprise and Premium customers can easily subscribe their Lifesize® Icon™ systems to their Microsoft® Office 365®, Google Apps for Work™ or Microsoft® Exchange 2013 calendar for some great new meeting room functionality — including the easiest, most intuitive meeting room experience we’ve ever released.
Ready to Join the Meeting?
Both the display connected to your Lifesize® Icon 400/450/600/800™ and Lifesize® Phone™ HD will now prompt participants to join the scheduled meeting right on time. Just invite a calendar-subscribed Icon system to the meeting, and it will pop up with a simple “Do you want to join the meeting?” dialogue. All the participant has to do is hit “Yes” to start the call — an IT admin’s dream come true.
Check Room Availability
Each Icon system and connected Lifesize Phone HD will display today’s and tomorrow’s meeting agenda. See when the room is available right from the display and never get caught squatting in a reserved room again. No worries if a meeting time changes (yeah, because we all know that never happens); the calendar integration updates automatically so your meetings are always up to date.
